irst time trying Square Pizza! I love that they share the same building with Atlas Chicken, Square Pizza is on the left side, and we were told you can order from either menu. The pizza was delicious, and the crust had the perfect crunch on the edges. I also ordered the chicken Caesar salad, the chicken pieces were a bit small, but overall it was good. Our waiter mentioned they have live music on Fridays and Saturdays. We’ll definitely be back!

Finally got to try Squares pizza in Bartlett. It has been on my radar since they opened. All I knew about Squares before I tried them is that they specialize in Detroit style pizza. Walking in, the first thing I noticed is that Squares shares a space with Atlas chicken. You are also able to order from both menus while you are there. I chose to only order from the Squares menu and will try Atlas later. I started with the fried artichoke hearts. It is a really strong appetizer. They have a nice breading but the artichoke taste is still there. It comes with an aioli dipping sauce. I like the flavor of the dipping sauce but it completely overpowers the softer artichoke taste. The main attraction is the pizza. Since I went with other people, I got to try 3 of their pizzas. My favorite is their Stacked (deluxe). Their Mediterranean is good too and comes with a generous portion of artichoke. My least favorite was their Mushroom and Goat Cheese. I think I did not like it as much because it does not have any of their red sauce (which brings so much of the flavor). I did not try my friends Sausage and Fennel, but he really seemed to enjoy it. Been at Atlas for chicken a number or times and kept meaning to try Squares pizza, there are so many good pizza places in Bartlett, who needs another, right? Ran across the owner a few weeks back , seemed like a good hardworking guy that came upon a good fresh concept. Had their pepperoni and hot honey pizza. We've had lots of pizza around town over lots of years, this one is up there with the best. A great crust, chewy, crisp and buttery all at the same time. Hot honey and pepperoni were very complimentary with each other and it wasn't spicy hot. Only comment for improvement is center crust was a bit too mushy. Despite that ding, I felt to spread the word in Bartlett that it's really worth trying.

Square Pizza Pub in Bartlett is absolutely worth the hype. We ordered takeout and went with their Detroit-style pizza topped with pepperoni and hot honey and it was outstanding. Perfectly crisp edges, fluffy interior, great balance of sweet heat and savory flavor. This is truly one to not miss. We also picked up a Caesar salad and a Caprese salad, both fresh and well done. You can tell they care about every detail. Square Pizza Pub is clearly a hopping spot and definitely one to check out whether you’re dining in or grabbing it to go.

Visited on a Friday night with a party of seven people. This restaurant typically has two "large" tables which can accommodate a party of seven, one by the front entrance door and one at the back end of the restaurant. We waited about 10 minutes to be seated to get the back end of the restaurant which was adequate for us. Ordered the Artichoke Hearts and Fries for appetizers while we waited for the Detroit style pizza to arrive. The fries were as expected, however, the artichoke hearts weren't a big hit on our table as we struggled to finish them since they didn't taste very good (personal preference). Ordered cheese pizza and veggie pizza for the two pies. Both pies were decent and tasted good. I'm glad this place opened up in Bartlett with Detroit style pizzas - It's a good spot to grab some pizza and brews on draft. Service was attentive and the waitress frequently asked if we needed anything. I would definitely visit again, possibly on a Monday when they have half off pizzas.
